What we do

We tell you what to automate. Someone else builds it.

Every company has a process that runs on somebody retyping something. We find the one costing you most and write the plan to fix it. Your team builds from that plan, or your build partner does.

    How it goes

    Four steps, in order

    01

Find the process that is actually costing you

Most companies already know something is slow. Fewer can say which process, at what volume, costing how many hours. We start by measuring rather than guessing, because automating the wrong process is worse than automating nothing.

    02

Decide what should not be automated

Judgment calls, exceptions, and anything where being wrong is expensive should stay with a person. Drawing that line honestly is most of what makes an automation project survive contact with the people who have to use it.

    03

    Write the implementation plan

The sequence of work, the systems it touches, the data it needs, the failure cases someone has to handle, and a realistic cost and timeline. Specific enough that a developer can start from it rather than re-interview you.

    04

    Hand it to whoever builds

Your own developers, your existing vendor, or an implementation partner. We are happy to review their quote and stay available while they build, but we are not bidding for the work.

    Straight answers

What we will talk you out of

When automation is the wrong answer

If the process changes every month, if the volume is low, or if the real problem is that two teams disagree about who owns it, automation will encode the mess rather than fix it. We will say so.

When you should not hire us

If you already know exactly what you want built and just need it built, skip us and go straight to a development shop. We are useful when the question is what to build and whether it is worth it.

Know which process to start with?

Bring it to a consult and leave with a plan you can act on. If you are not sure which process it is, that is a fine thing to bring instead.
